A community of over 309 smallholder farms transports their freshly harvested cacao to the 'acopio', a fermentation center that compensates the farmers well above market price and streamlines production for consistent, sustainable cocoa beans. Each bar embodies the essence of this unique terroir, delivering notes of juicy sun-dried stone fruit and chocolate fudge.
